skincare
I try to keep skincare on my face to a minimum. There was once a time where I would seriously overdo the skincare routine, thinking it could help me achieve the perfect, untextured skin that never breaks out. I realise this is unattainable, plus I hate spending money on snake oil, especially snake oil that preys on the insecurities of women. That being said, this is the routine I have for myself, whether I follow it religiously everyday is a different story...

My haircare routine changes sometimes, at the moment I have a keratin treatment in my hair, from Go-Kera. Thus, I am incorporating Go-Kera products in my routine. I only wash once a week and use a hair mask once a month.
weekly
- Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intensive Hydration Shampoo
- go-Kera Deep Cleansing Shampoo
(running out of this so I’ll have to use Shea Moisture, I don’t intend to buy a larger bottle since I have a lot of Shea Moisture bottles at the moment, maybe when it runs out.)
- go-Kera Anti-Frizz Conditioner
- Trevor Sorbie Salon Precious Oils
monthly
- Shea Moisture Manuka Honey & Mafura Oil Intense Hydration Leave-In Milk
OR
- Glow Lab Repairing Hair Mask with Keratin

I don’t wear makeup everyday, and I like to keep it minimal where possible. Mostly I’ll wear makeup to work (its required, unfortunately), or if I feel like it when dining out.
